Note
A Windows PC with Microsoft Powerpoint will be set for each conference room.
If you use your own PC, please check if your PC and slides work fine until the session starts.

If your slides includes sounds, please contact conference staff in advance.
A projector with VGA cable will be installed for oral presentation. Please bring an adaptor to convert HDMI to VGA if your PC only has HDMI output.
Poster session
Poster presentation will be from 11:15 to 13:45 at Auditorium.
Lunch will be provided during poster presentation.
Use this opportunity to discuss your work and make research network each other.
Presentation Time (Core time)
Morning Session (11:15 - 12:00)
If your poster number is "Odd", you have to explain your work at your panel during this session.
Afternoon Session (13:00 - 13:45)
If your poster number is "Even", you have to explain your work at your panel during this session.
Note
A panel for poster presentation will be numbered, and speaker shall put his/her poster on assigned panel before morning session starts on September 21st.
Poster size will be A0 size with free format. Put all of your authors name, title and affiliation on the top of the poster.
Your poster number and time to put your poster on the panel will be informed by email.
