Registration

All attendees need attendance registration.

Please find "Registration form" on this page and submit your registration until August 20th, 2018.

For speaker, your abstract submission also has to be made until August 20th, 2018.   

Click "Abstract Submission" and follow the instruction.

  • Visa (Important!)

If you need Visa to attend Textile Summit 2018, please check MOFA website (https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html) and apply it by yourself.

Documents to support your visa application will be provided by Textile Summit 2018 Local Organizing Office. Please contact to the office by email (t-summit2018&shinshu-u.ac.jp, replace "&" to "@") what document you need.

Early application of visa is highly recommended.

  • Registration Fee

Registration fee will be waived for attendee from non-Japanese universities, but applied for Japanese Universities. 

Friendship party (see Student Workshop page) on student workshop on 20 th and excursion on 22nd shall be paid by all attendee for each events.

  • Registration package fee 参加登録費 (Attendees from Japanese universities, 日本国内の教員・学生)

General (not includes students) Package: 15,000 JPY (Conference:10,000JPY,  Lunch (20th, 21st) & Banquet (21st)  : 5,000 JPY)               

Student Package: 5,000 JPY (Conference:3,000 JPY,  Lunch & Dinner Lunch (20th, 21st) & Banquet (21st)  : 2,000JPY)        

Registration package fee includes conference fee and food. 参加費及び食費を含んだ参加登録費をお支払いください．

No refund for cancellation. 支払い後の返金は受け付けません．

  • Payment Method (only for Japanese universities)

国籍を問わず，信州大・京都工繊大・福井大に所属する教員・学生は以下の方法で参加登録費をお支払いください．

Payment can be made by

  • Cash（現金払い）

Payment of registration package fee shall be made at conference site (You will have two receipts. One is for the conference and the other for food.)

  • Wire Transfer（銀行振込）

​​参加登録費15,000円を支払う際，参加費10,000円を銀行振込，食費5,000円を現金払いと分けて支払いいただけます．

Confirmation receipt at bank will be your receipt on conference fee payment. 

Payment on food shall be made by cash at conference site. Receipt only for food will be provided. ​

We do not accept "group payment" since local organizing office have to check payment status for each attendee.
