Speaker Registration and Submission Your Abstract
Presentation program will be coming at the end of August 2018.
Each speaker shall make following "Speaker Registration" and submit abstract until August 20th, 2018, by both Word and PDF files to "ts-abstract&shinshu-u.ac.jp" (replace "&" to "@") , in order to organize conference booklet including abstracts.

For Speakers
For those to register "oral presentation"
We will accept as much hope as possible for presenters.
However, due to constraints at the venue / time, we may ask you to be replaced to "Poster presentation" if ...;
(1) number of oral presentation registration is more than number of oral presentation time slots.
(2) conference organizers evaluate that your talk is preferable to poster presentation.

Speaker Information
Oral presentation
A projector with VGA cable will be installed for oral presentation. Please bring an adaptor to convert HDMI to VGA if your PC only has HDMI output.
Poster presentation
A panel for poster presentation will be numbered, and speaker shall put his/her poster on assigned panel on September 21st.
Poster size will be A0 size with free format. Put all of your authors name, title and affiliation on the top of the poster.
Your poster number and time to put your poster on the panel will be informed by email.
