Main venue on keynote speech and oral presentation will be at Research for advanced science and technology building (Bldg. #16).
Poster presentation and Lunch on 21st of September will be at Auditorium (Bldg. #7).
Lunch on 20th and Welcome Dinner on 21st of September will be at Mulberry Hall (Bldg. #15)

How to get to the our campus
By walk
You can take a walk from your hotel to the venue about 15-20 min.
The route from station to the venue can be obtained from this handout (click).
By taxi
Taxi station at Ueda station is easy to catch the taxi.
Fare is around 800 JPY and travel time is around 10 min.
Payment is in general by cash. You can ask the driver to give you a receipt.
Basic size taxi is 4 people occupancy. Sharing with your colleague is good option.
Just in case, please show this handout (click) to the taxi driver.
