Early Bird Reception

Textile Workshop 2018 offers "Early Bird Reception" at Hotel Shoen near your hotels.

Reception will be open from 4PM to 6PM.  You can receive conference materials.

Refreshment will be provided at reception room. 

Onsite Reception

Onsite reception will be at 7th floor in research building at where keynote and oral presentations will be. 

Reception opens from 8:15 AM on 20th, but open entire conference period.

We recommend to visit "Early Bird Reception" since onsite reception will be crowded with many Japanese attendee.
